Ordering

We order weekly from this supplier on Tuesday by 10am and they will normally be ready for collection on Friday of the same week. This is strictly dependent on our suppliers stock. Please do not rely on this timescale to book your joiner as very occasionally items arrive damaged or can be missing and cannot be replaced until the following week at the earliest. We cannot be held responsible for any joiners costs incurred by goods arriving late or damaged as this is beyond our control. Its always better to wait until you physically have the goods and are happy with them before organising joiners/fitters. Should the supplier be out of stock when we order we will inform you ASAP.
