'Basic casment' style are windows which do not have decorative glazing bars. They are the cheapest style.

MADE TO MEASURE
The pictured windows are in Softwood and are all examples of stormproof casements.
With their simple design, these are the most common timber windows. Suited more to modern properties, these windows generally give a large single pane of glass in each casement for maximum light and views of the surroundings. This type of window will suit most configurations and sizes. The prices below are for the most common designs. However, if what you are after is not listed please email with the design you require for the price.
The glass we supply as standard is Clear Low E 24mm Double Glazed Units. The glass is supplied loose for you to install on site. Provided the glass and window are installed correctly the window will meet current building regulations. If you require the double sided glazing tape, we supply this at £10 per 50m roll. We can also supply Single Glazing, Obscure Glazing and Toughened Glazing. Please email for prices.
If your window is less than 800mm off the floor, then you will need toughened glass in it.

These windows are mass produced on a large scale to standardized sizes. This makes them much cheaper than made to measure, one off windows. We order these windows in, they are not manufactured by us. They are available as below.

All types are fitted with Ironmongery, Trickle Vents, Draught seals and Stormproof butt hinges as standard. They are base coat stained or primed white in the prices below. Should you want them finished please add the finishing price to each window. Windows marked Stock below are usually available for quick dispatch or collection. They are unglazed, base coat stained with brass ironmongery. These windows are stocked, but are strictly subject to availability. The sizes shown are the actual window sizes. |

The windows are fitted as standard with trickle vents and draught seal. The colour options are as follows:

The handles on the left are the colour choices for the mass produced windows. You can select which colour you require on ordering. Some are chargeable extras. |

The finishes on the left are what we can offer for your windows. The prices for the windows include either a base coat stain or a white primer for you to finish on site. If you want a factory finish the SFF and HFF prices need to be added to the window price. Please note, the optional finishes come with an extra cost of 5% on the finishing prices stated. Please state which option you want on ordering. |

The glass options on the left are available on request. They are ideal for bathrooms or any situation where obscured glass is needed. There is extra cost involved in these glass options. If you need these options for the windows please state on ordering and we will get the price for it. |
