Georgian windows by Ron Currie
Below are examples of georgian idigbo and softwood stormproof windows. See window options for information.
These windows have glazing bars to split the windows into little panes of glass. These are generally seen on older properties and properties within conservation areas. They can also be found some listed buildings. The prices in the table below are for the most common designs. However, if what you require is not listed, please email us with your design and we will give you a quote. There are also columns giving prices for stormproof and tradition casement construction which is explained in the 'window options'. See bottom of page for glass information.
We have sketched these windows with the maximum number of divisions. You can reduce the number of divisions as you see fit, e.g., the no opener window is pictured with 12 panes, it could easily be 9 or 6.

Standard features included in the above prices are as follows:-
We supply glass as an optional extra. In the glass column contained in the table above we have priced for clear low E 24mm double glazed units. The glass is supplied loose for you to install on site. Provided the glass and window are installed correctly the window will meet current building regulations. If you require the double sided glazing tape, we supply this at £10 per 50m roll. We can also supply single glazing, obscure glazing and toughened glazing. Please email for prices. If the pane of glass is less than 800mm off the floor, it will need to be toughened.
