Definition of a Slight Second Window

These windows start life as a Jeld Wen order. They are mismade sizes and over-orders. Generally, the function of the window is as you would expect. They are a second due to scuffs and scratches where they have been transported. These are minor cosmetic issues that are usually solved with filler and sanding. Sometimes, they are a more noticeable second eg twisted frame, parts missing, broken glass. We do are utmost to make sure this is documented on the ebay listing, but occasionally this may not be actioned. Due to these windows being sold as seconds, we cannot accept any claim for missing or non documented faults. The seconds are strictly sold as seen, and so have no guarantees or warranties. You are welcome to view the windows before purchase, or request more photos if you need to.
