Ordering

We order weekly from this supplier on Monday by 10am and they will normally be ready for collection on Wednesday of the following week. This is strictly dependent on our suppliers stock. Please do not rely on this timescale as very occasionally items arrive damaged or can be missing and cannot be replaced until the following week at the earliest. We cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by goods arriving late or damaged as this is beyond our control. Its always better to wait until you physically have the goods and are happy with them before organising any tradesmen. Should the supplier be out of stock when we order we will inform you ASAP. On receiving the items to ourselves we only check the amount of boxes are correct, it is for yourself to open the boxes and check against the fitting instructions that you have all the relevant items in a good condition. It is good practice to do this on receiving your items prior to assembly. In the unlikely event of finding something missing everything might need to be returned to get swapped over.
