We manufacture most types of driveway and single gates. Below is a guide to the styles we make regularly. We can manufacture in most hardwoods and to most patterns although the 95% of the driveway gates we produce are in softwood square top pattern. If you cant see the pattern you are after please email a sketch of the design and we will price it for you. All the below made to measure gates are frame ledged and braced construction. They are manufactured at 44mm thick. The braces and backrails are 32mm thick and the matchboards are 12mm thick. They can be made thicker on request at extra cost. Please note that some are pictured finished, but we only supply our gates untreated.

Frame Ledged and Braced Driveway Gates / Garage Doors

These are officially garage doors but they can also be used as driveway gates. The difference being is that driveway gates are usually 6' high as appossed to garage doors that are 6'6" high. Constructed from scandinavian softwood, stub mortice and tenon jointed, 44mm thick frame, 32mm braces and 12mm matchboard cladding. This product is vac-vac treated.
