Ordering procedure

To order any goods from this website, please send us an email to include the following:

• Type, quantity and size of required goods.
• Delivery address (if delivery is required), and invoice address if different.
• Your contact phone numbers, land line and mobile.
• Any prices you have been told or have seen, with page links if needed.
• Any other relevant information that you think we may need.

We always ask for the order to be sent via email to eliminate errors from miscommunication. We will advise and discuss products over the phone, but we will not take the order over the phone under any circumstances.

Once we have received your email we will call to process payment over the phone or can send a paypal invoice if preferred. If paying with card we key all details into the card machine as you tell them to us, we never write the details down in the interest of security.
